Handy Tip – As of 13th December 2014, legislation (the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation 1169/2011) requires food businesses to provide allergy information on all food sold unpackaged. This applies to all catering outlets, deli counters, bakeries and sandwich bars. 

Safety Smart has developed a training course suitable for all catering staff, specifically on the above regulations.

As part of our Competent Person Scheme we can also provide on-going advice and support on the type of training that would be most appropriate for your business.
